DOT meeting December 1, 2011 at Melanie Dickey's home President Marcia Givens welcomed everyone and wished
everyone Merry Christmas. Treasurer's report not available. Secretary report-
Minutes of Oct. meeting emailed and on website. Minutes for Nov. and Dec.
meetings will be combined. Baby shower gifts and cake for Erica and Rick Hill's
new baby boy (present and hugged by all at the meeting!) were enjoyed.
Discussion held about DOT participating in Tulsa CHRISTmas parade at Tulsa Hills
shopping ctr. Application sent and RSVP to Marcia if you can walk with your Dal
in this parade Dec. 10, 2011- 6 pm. A big thank you to Melanie for all the
delicious goodies and opening her home for the meeting. Meeting adjourned. |
