January  2008 Spot Report 
 

Even though we did not have a January general meeting, we did have a short board meeting to cover upcoming meetings:

Dates- Feb. 7, 08 – the Dalentines awards dinner at Michael V’s

      July 3/08—this first Thursday of month meeting will be changed since it falls on the holiday weekend.

April there will be nominating committee working on next year’s officers ballot. 
 

Upcoming show chair for DOT specialty Oct. 30, 2008 will be announced at the Feb. meeting. 
 

To increase efficiency in communicating with all DOT members, the board voted to combine newsletter editor with secretary duties.
