DOT meetings November 2011 DOT meeting November 4, 2011 at Joplin, MO at DOT specialty-- president Marcia Givens welcomed everyone to the specialty and gave congratulations to winners. Show report from Melanie indicated judges present and paid and gifted as planned. A big thank you to all the show committee members and club members who helped make the specialty and auction a success. Thanks also to the food committee who had great chili dogs and cupcakes available. Our second specialty (designated) on Nov. 5, 2011 will be saturday 1030 am in the tent due to FEMA using building space. Everyone wished safe travel and safe return for next year's specialty. Reminder that Jenks Christmas parade is saturday Nov. 19 and DOT meet at 9am-Meeting adjourned. |
